Site Selection & Micrositing Planning

This is a crucial and critical area of setting up Wind farm in potential sites across the country. Our experts select the site and individual turbine location based on the reports of Wind Flow Modelling (WAsP) from world renowned consultants.

We are also having expertise to suggest the solution for immediate assessment of Wind Energy at any site without using the conventional Met Mast method which is very expensive and time consuming. All this comes within minutes of you providing the co-ordinates of the site to us and at 1/10 of the cost of the traditional method.

Infrastructure Development

Once the site is selected, our team co-ordinates with the supplier about the activities related to the project infrastructure development including site clearance (Private/ Government/ Forest land), approach roads to site location, soil testing, civil works for foundation structure, Power evacuation facility, control rooms and office buildings and keeps the client updated about the project activities and adherence to the timelines by the Supplier for the timely commissioning of the project.

O & M of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs)

Our onsite team, with officers on job 24x7 monitors the individual WTG of our esteem clients. They follow with the respective O & M service providers to reduce the breakdown time and increase the lifecycle of the WTGs.

Financial Arrangements

We also have an expertise in developing financial packages for funding the projects and help complete the financial closure for the project through various financing options available in the market (Banks, FIs, NBFCs, Private Equity and Debt).

Health & Safety

The company with its experience, also provide end-to-end consultancy for OHSAS certification for Wind Power Project in India.

Buy and Sale of pre owned WTGs

The company with wide network & well researched industry contacts, involved in buying and selling of running WTGs. We, at Resurge provide end to end consultancy in the execution of the deals including complete due diligence of the existing windmills, seller and buyer till the final book-closure and further operations management services of WTGs.

Clean Development Mechanism (CDM)

REPL is working as sole co-ordinator on behalf of its wide clientele for registration & trading of CERs generated through the CDM Projects. Currently, the company is mainly concentrating for new and existing WPPs. We have already aggregated seven bundled WPPs for CDM registration to UNFCCC totalling to 150 MW.

Solar Power

REPL is also active in Solar Power. In this, REPL is engaged for outsourcing of Solar PV Modules from India. REPL is also engaged in consulting and business development for setting up the manufacturing units for Thin Film & Solar PV modules, Cell & Wafers.
